The Spinning the Web Team consists of a Project Manager, two Researchers and a Project Indexer / Administrator. The Project Office is located at Central Library, St. Peter's Square, Manchester M2 5PD. Telephone: 0161 236 1995.

Project administration and finance is managed by Manchester Library and Information Service. The Consortium Group and Local Partners Group help monitor and direct progress of the project.
