Admission: Adults Yes. Children & Concessions Free. Free to everyone on Fridays.

It is the only national museum in Britain dedicated to people's history. It follows people's stories through scenes such as the Peterloo massacre, a secret trade society meeting, sweated work in an attic room and a suffragette's kitchen. The displays also focus on the organisations people set up to help bring about change in society.
